Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition. Handling is permitted to the extent necessary to inspect the item as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund. Please note that many of our items are vintage or one-of-a-kind and may show signs of age, wear, or patina. These characteristics are part of the product and do not constitute defects.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for voluntary returns. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible and provide photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.
