Shipping Area
We currently ship within the European Union (EU). If you are located outside the EU and are interested in a specific item, please contact us before placing an order. We will assess shipping options on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and the contract has been concluded. Processing times may be longer for large, heavy, or fragile items requiring special packaging or handling.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of the item, orders are shipped using one of the following services:
- DHL / DHL Paket
- DPD
- UPS
- FedEx
- Freight forwarding or local courier services for large or bulky items
The selected shipping method will be shown during checkout or communicated to you prior to dispatch for larger items.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are non-binding estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors (e.g. high demand periods or logistical delays). We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes upon delivery of the goods.
Furniture and Large Items
Large or heavy items, including furniture, are typically delivered to the curbside (street level) unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Curbside delivery means that the item is delivered to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address. Transport into the building, upper floors, or assembly is not included. Additional services such as in-home delivery, assembly, or packaging removal are only provided if explicitly agreed in advance.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a solution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply. If shipping outside the EU is agreed in exceptional cases, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities.
