A pair of lounge chairs designed by Arne Wahl Iversen for Komfort, defined by solid teak frames and the clean, confident lines of Danish modern design. Their proportions are generous yet restrained, with softly angled armrests and sculptural profiles that feel balanced from every angle. The teak displays a warm, even grain, bringing depth and calm to the overall forms.
The chairs have been upholstered in an off-white wool blend with fine brown flecks, chosen to complement the warmth of the wood without competing with it. The subtly textured fabric preserves the original proportions of the cushions. The frames show only light, age-consistent wear and remain in very good vintage condition. Both chairs retain their original Komfort labels.
Placed together, they create a composed seating arrangement. Used individually, they work equally well as reading chairs or quiet statement pieces within a living space.
